MobyDick "Quick" 220 C+ Tire Washer, portable, easy-to-install, compact Wheelwashing System for permanent or temporary construction sites, Municipal landfills, quarries, gravel works, industrial sites and recycling operations where the degree of tire wheel soiling is Light (Sandy, Dust, Not Sticky) or where there are dust control issues. The 220C+ is 87 inches long consisting of:
- Two wheelwash elements with integrated nozzles
- Two 59 inch high splash walls with nozzles
- 110-inch center plates
- Automatic start sensor and cable
- 2 pumps (950 GPM) with screens/check valves/ cable/manifolded piping
- Control panel with frame

- Integrated 5,000 gallon water recycling/solid separation tank (3,160 useful volume) with scraper conveyor system for automatic removal of solids
- Automatic magnetic start stop sensor
- Integrated manual wash assembly 2-inch line with fire hose nozzle
- Low energy 15 hp power, 480v, 3ph , UL 508A Control Panel and optional flocculent system for rapid solid settlement.
